My order showed up looking really banged up, with the box dented and messy and everything shifting around inside. It made me feel disappointed, especially since this was a food order and I expected it to be packed with a little more care

I got it, super quick, and wasn’t expecting it to arrive that fast.

I grabbed a few dried fruits and nuts from Ziba Foods they were Really good. Everything tasted fresh, and the packaging was neat and sturdy. Shipping took a bit longer than I was hoping, which was a little annoying, but not a huge deal. Overall, I’m happy with the order and would buy from them again.

I was excited when I ordered this because I thought it would make a nice gift, but when it arrived, I felt let down. It looked smaller than I expected, i went from hopeful to kind of embarrassed to give it. It’s not terrible, just not something I’d really consider gift-worthy.

I had to reach out to support about my order, and while they did eventually get back to me, it took longer than I expected. Everyone was polite enough, but it felt like no one really knew who was supposed to take responsibility for fixing the problem. I kept getting passed around a bit, which was frustrating. Overall, it was fine, but the whole process could definitely be clearer and more helpful.

The food itself is good, so I do want to give them credit there. But my order has shown up late twice now, and both times there was barely any update about what was going on. I get that delays happen, but it feels like basic courtesy to let customers know if their food is running behind.

The snacks are good and the subscription is easy enough to manage. It just sometimes ships later than expected, which can be a little annoying.

From my experience, the Ziba Foods site was easy to use overall. I was able to find what I was looking for without much trouble, and the pages looked clean and simple. Checkout felt straightforward to me too. The only downside was that a few pages loaded a bit slowly on my end, and I had to go back once. Not a huge issue, though — I’d still say it was a good experience

Ordered a few snacks from zibafoods.com and opened the box to find a couple of the wrong items. Ugh. One thing I paid for was missing too. Great. I emailed them to get it fixed, but it took way longer than I expected to sort out. Frustrating when the order isn’t even packed correctly in the first place.

I liked the flavor overall, and I ended up snacking on it while making coffee one afternoon, so it definitely wasn’t bad. Most of the nuts tasted fresh, but a few were softer than I expected and didn’t have that nice crunchy bite. The dried fruit had a good sweet flavor, but some pieces were chewy and sticky, like they clumped together a bit. Not a dealbreaker for me, but the texture was kind of hit or miss.

I was really looking forward to these and expected them to taste nice and fresh, but a few of the nuts had that stale flavor. Not terrible overall, just a bit disappointing compared to what I thought I was getting...

I tried it and the ingredients do taste real, so that’s a plus. But the label doesn’t give as much info as I’d like, and that kind of makes me question it. It’s probably fine, but I wouldn’t say I’m fully convinced yet.

I tried a few different things from Ziba Foods, and overall I was impressed. Compared to a lot of dried fruit I’ve had, these tasted much more natural and fresh, with a nice sweetness that didn’t feel overly sugary or artificial. The nuts were crunchy too, and had better flavor than the usual store-bought packs I grab. I’m giving 4 stars because I do wish a few of the packs had a slightly stronger flavor, but that might just be my personal preference. I’d still order again.

I liked that Ziba Foods seems to put real effort into organic and natural sourcing. The nuts and dried fruit tasted fresh, and nothing had that overly processed or fake-sweet flavor, which I appreciated.

My only issue is that the product info isn’t always consistent. Some items have a lot of detail about where they come from, while others barely explain anything, that part was weird.

Overall, I had a good experience and I’d consider ordering again. For the price, though, I expected a little more transparency and consistency across the site.

I feel a little regretful about ordering. After I bought it, I tried to find more details about where everything is sourced from and whether the farmers are actually paid fairly, but I couldn’t find much that felt clear or reassuring. Maybe I should’ve checked before purchasing, but it left me feeling uneasy. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

As someone who’s always looking for easy snacks to keep around, I thought these were definitely worth it for the price. Nothing fancy, but they’re tasty, convenient, and I’d buy them again...

I ordered this expecting it to be a lot better, but it just didn’t really hit the mark for me.
The taste was a bit underwhelming, and the texture felt kind of off, almost like it wasn’t super fresh. Maybe I just got a bad batch, but for the price, I was disappointed. Personally, I don’t think I’d order it again unless the quality improves.

I was hoping there would be a lot more to choose from, but the selection felt limited. A few items looked nice, but after scrolling around for a while, I felt kind of mentally drained and still couldn’t find much I actually wanted. The site itself is okay, I just wish there were more options.
